It is a kind of indium (group III) oxide (In2O3) and tin (IV family) oxide (SnO2) mixture, usually quality ratio is 90%, 10% SnO2 In2O3. It in the film shape, transparent, slightly dark brown. In a state, it was yellow partial gray.
